Today, after spending five or six hours on calls trying to coordinate care for my friend’s proposed hospital Discharge tomorrow, your Company, Amazing Grace, was my last attempt.

“I was really ready to call it a day and pray for a miracle. Then you answered, just about 5:00 p.m., and listened to our needs for service. I was so stunned that you immediately said that for our current specific needs you weren’t able to accommodate us but you knew who could, you would call them, and have them call us back – that was the miracle! The representative called us back, and we were able to achieve the schedule
we needed.


You, Danielle, are the “Amazing Grace”, putting a patient’s needs ahead of your own, and we’ll never forget you. I called the South Shore Elder Services and explained how kind and caring you are and that I highly recommend your Company, Amazing Grace, to those seeking “at home” services.
